1-2 lbs hamburger
1 onion chopped
1-2 cans cream mushroom soup (depending on amount of hamburger used)
16 oz sour cream
1-2 tsp garlic
3-4 Tbsp parsley flakes
salt and pepper
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain grease.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thoroughly mixed and heated.
Serve over egg noodles.
